New SmartSurvey™ app
We are approaching an exciting breakthrough with the new version of the SmartSurvey™ app, which we have been working intensively on developing for some time. The entire process has had one clear goal: to make the app even more user-friendly and intuitive.
We’ve reached the finish line, with the final tests and quality checks ensuring everything is ready for launch. Our team has already taken the app into the field for extensive real-world testing, and the feedback has been highly positive — a strong indication that we’re about to introduce something genuinely new and valuable to the market.

Download orthophotos directly from PointView®
For some time, users have been able to generate point clouds directly in PointView® from drone images. Now, we’re excited to announce a powerful new capability: orthophotos can be accessed directly from the PointView® control panel, making your workflow faster, smarter, and more seamless than ever.
As part of this new functionality, orthophotos can be cropped before download, in the exact projection you need. This enables a far more flexible and efficient workflow, giving users full control over both extraction and customization.

Digitisation with code table
We are continuously developing new ways to create an even stronger connection between the data collected with SmartSurvey™ and subsequent asset mapping.
PointView® already offers a standard tool for digitization, but now we’re taking an important step further: with a dedicated setup tailored to your organization, you can have your own custom code table fully integrated. This enables a smoother, more precise, and fully customized workflow, making daily operations easier and improving results.
All registrations are now stored directly in the database, ensuring they can always be retrieved on the individual point cloud. This marks another key step toward creating an even more powerful tool for documentation and mapping, where precision and clarity go hand in hand.

Did you know...
Data recalculation can now be performed directly from the PointView® control panel.
While our automated calculations usually deliver the desired results, there are occasional situations where adjustments are needed. With this new feature, recalculation is quick and easy — simply apply different parameters and settings to ensure the best possible outcome without delay.
On average, it takes less than 20 minutes to process an entire dataset, making recalculation both a fast and practical option when adjustments are necessary. This means you can keep moving forward almost without interruptions, while maintaining the highest quality results.

On October 22nd, a user group meeting will be held at Comwell Kongebrogaarden in Middelfart from 09:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The user group is open to all SmartSurvey™ and PointView® users who wish to gain deeper insights into the solutions and take part in their future development.

Course: How to Work with LER Data
As a new initiative, we have started offering courses led by some of the country’s top specialists.
This course aims to provide an understanding of handling data from LER 2.0. Participants will learn how to effectively utilize data from the system to ensure optimal management of the utility package generated by LER, minimizing the risk of excavation damages. During the course, you will gain the following insights:
• Practical tools to understand different approaches to handling data from LER 2.0
• Specific GIS knowledge that you can apply in your own organization
• Insights into simplifying excavation request management within your organization
• A review of various use cases and concrete tools for each scenario
